meh it doesn't seem worth it someone will probably use once or twice. To me it seems like a waste of time

How so? Animations seem worthy enough to do, there's enough art around to give it a thought.

I agree the game designers are experience enough to acomplish that but it would be better to put resources into fixing PVE and PvP rewards/balance

I completely agree on that, you gameplay priorities first. That's a given. But like I mentioned before, there's so much effort put into the art of the characters, and design that a 3rd person option, would seem like a good add on down the road. Or maybe for a sequel. But there is potential for having a 3rd person mode. Especially now that games are emphasizing a social experience, screenshots with your buddies in the moon or mars would be amazing. :)
