He probably had all raid gear on. I know that when I get 2 different heavy ammo's in PVP I have 8 rockets because of the perks on my armor. Don't just jump straight to "modders" because you got swept across the floor lol.

Plus only raid boots grants bonus heavy ammo. Only gives 6 rockets.

Also, if you ever picked up heavy ammo and someone kills you, your heavy ammo drops. Even after they die, your ammo drops will still be there for them. Edit: After watching the video, you might get some sympathy points. I'm still not too sure about the likelihood of modding or hacking an online only game.

I said "he had well over" meaning that he had more than 8 rockets. Plus we killed him 3 times yet he spawned with ammo. Did you not look at the YouTube link I provided?
