Do blue engrams ever give Legendary items anymore?
I know blue engrams are supposed to still have a chance to give legendary rewards. But even after turning in countless blue engrams, I can count the number of times I've gotten a legendary on one hand after cutting all my fingers off.

1 ReplyI like doing tiger strikes until I'm full of blues. Then I go to Rahool so he can burn me. I button mash the crap out of A hoping one will slip by his watchful gaze. Occasionally he has to blink right?
