I had 62 strange coins coming into this week with Xur. The only thing I bought was the 5 hand cannon telemetry for 1 strange coins. I opted to buy Shadow Price for 150 vanguard marks instead of the Suros. I think Xur is very nice to have, if he had the Icebreaker, I would have bought.
