Bungie has to cater to PvP... because by now any PvE players have completed the story line and likely run the raid a few times. Its getting to the point (for me) where I log on for the raids and then I'm done for the week. Once I hit 30 on all 3 guys I'll stop playing until a level cap increase. I imagine a lot of PvE players are in the same boat, so the only way to add longevity as this point is to make sure PvP content is interesting to play. Unfortunately there are players like me who don't play PvP and we will just find something else to do with our time.
