Sure did. Backstory: I made a titan first. RNGesus hated me for no reason. I wanted Crest of Alpha Lupi for Titan but bought the game the week Xur offered it and didn't have enough coins. Since then I've been given TONS of exotic loot but never that. Recently made a Hunter. Yesterday I received two Legendary engrams which decrypted into EXACTLY what I needed and one blue engram that turned out to be a legendary. Then xur shows up, and beforehand I had said, "please have an exotic primary". He has the Regime. Now, the only thing I wanted for my hunter was Young Ahamkara Spine. Exotic gauntlet engram? Exactly what I wanted. I was a very happy camper :)
