GITS was really good, but right now I'm on Gen Urobuchi's wild ride and I don't want to get off, so I gotta say psycho pass is better.
Also, there are more better animes out there.

Psycho-Pass takes care of my need for sociopathic violence. Also, it kept me on the edge of my seat more. As for better anime, Gundam KLK TTGL Black Lagoon DTB Durarara And plenty more. Then again, that's just my personal taste.
