How about a True Skill playlist where Skill Trees and Weapons (secondary and heavy) are restricted to higher levels/ranks. They could actually restrict weapon & armor rarities by rank as well...
It would be nice to see some of the classic playlists... I kinda miss SWAT, CTF, Infected/Zombie, Invasion, and even GRIFBALL...
Could you imagine an Invasion type playlist where we could play as Fallen, Cabal, Vex, or Hive? That would be a BLAST.

Maybe skin your player as a fallen or whatever. Rusted look for cabal, greenish orange for hive, yellow brown for fallen and maybe red and gold for vex. I know the colors are similar but thats about all you get with them anyway. And have a 'mask' helmet signifying your team. I want a knight helmet

The different critter skins could be determined by the character load-out... For example: a player wearing all basic armor would be a Dreg... One with all Legendary Gear would be a Fallen Major... one with an Exotic Weapon could be a Captain... so-on-and-so-forth
