Raid Loot System / Weapon Adjustments

I've ran the raid on 2 different characters on normal and 1 of them on hard as well (the past 2 weeks) for 4 weeks in a row and have yet to get a single piece of raid gear.... Bungie, PLEASE at least reward the .6% of us (ps4 stat) who have completed the "hardest part of your game" with some type of guaranteed reward. A special shader, a special bond/mark/cloak, a special emblem or SOMETHING more than ascendant materials. I come from World of Warcraft and I know a lot about getting nothing from boss fights. However, at least Blizzard graces you with titles and achievements and/or mounts for completing their most difficult challenges. I see no benefit in completing your Raid on hard again since I've now gotten an exotic head piece (therefore not in need of the raid set piece) and since you've nerfed the Vex Mythoclast so horrendously that it's not even worth trying to obtain. I love this game Bungie, but when it comes to pleasing your consumer base, you're your own worst enemy. Stop adjusting weapons for PvE and PvP and make adjustments separately like in WoW. The Vex Mythoclast should hit as hard as it used to in PvE, just nerf it down in PvP and please adjust the ratio of gear / ascendant material drops in the raids. Sick of seeing people at lvl 30 that have ran it twice and I've got nothing to show for my dedication but a legendary spaceship full of ascendant materials that keep piling up because I can't use them on anything. In summary, there's nothing more underwelming that defeating the Templar or Atheon on hard and seeing 2 Ascendant Energies/Shards plop on my screen as some kind of reward. Please consider making some minor changes to improve the loot system. Thanks. Your Fan. The Whiner.

 •
Well said sir. Well said. See, in World of Warcraft, not only does your guild (same as Clans for Destiny) give you perks but also gives you a better raiding experience. If you have 2 Warriors that need the same piece of gear and that piece happens to drop, they roll on it and whomever wins the roll (1 - 100) gets the piece of gear. BUT here's where having a guild(clan) should be handy. When you're running with those same people the next time and that piece drops, it's guaranteed to go to you. It's called group progression. It's not about only completing a raid but to have a group you play with every week making sure that everyone is gearing up steadily together. Bungie however, has not created anything like this. Apart from being the founding member of the Raging Guardians clan and having some awesome guys to run with, Clans only provide something cool looking under your name inside your emblem. There are no benefits to raiding with your clan as you can't directly help one another progress to lvl 30. Example: trading items. (only between people who were in your raid group when it dropped) My hopes lie in knowing this is a cutting edge, highly innovational game. They have sooo much room for growth. I hope they take the initiative to push the spectrum when it comes to interactive player/Clan relations.
This is another thing I think they should work on.
