Was sleeping about 2 hours a day and eating once every 3 days or so. Started smoking and put a face on whenever I went out so no one figured anything was wrong. About 3 months past and I'm almost fully recovered and done smoking. Time heals pretty much everything. Gives you time to think and reflect a lot and honestly I'm glad I went through it so I never have to again.
