The only one that really hurt was the last one. We had spent an entire year of college together and we lived in the same building... so we practically lived together. It turned out over the summer that we only lived about fifteen minutes apart, so we still hung out all the time. Well, when the new semester started I was transferring to a smaller offshoot campus of our university because that's where my major was offered. She was moving into an apartment near the main campus with a friend, and I was moving into an apartment near the off-campus by myself. We were going to be about half an hour away, but neither of us minded driving so that was okay. Well, things had been going downhill for the later half of the summer, and finally she left me... right before I was supposed to move into my apartment. This was a very scary time in my life already. It was my first time living truly alone and being financially independent; working, taking care of all my own bills, no one to push me to get to work/class on time, etc. If there was any time that I needed her support, it was then, and she left. Right when I needed her most. That was over a year ago now, and I've been single ever since, mostly because there's not many girls in my major and I'm not the most social person. I'm not really in a great area for dating in general, plus it's hard to find girls that are into girls romantically, not just sexually. So yeah, I felt pretty abandoned after that, and I'm still pretty lonely :/
