[spoiler]i put it up here to help me with scrolling. I'm on mobile lol[/spoiler] Success! Both guards go down and out. The throne room is now clear to enter. From the two guards you get; Steel Shield x2 (pick up one) Silver Sword x2 (pick up one) You peak into the throne and all you see is a man sitting at the throne, he has no guards with him.

*take the potion of invisibility and immunity* Sneek into the throne room and fire an arrow at the base of the kings finger that has the enchanted ring on it.

You are invisible and immune. As you shoot the arrow the king stands up. It just misses his ring. The King says, "Aye, is someone there. Show yourself!" He ignites all the torches in the room.

*keep firing at it*

You keep firing at the King, an arrow finally hits his hand but as it hits the ring shines bright and the arrow evaporates. *your invisibility potion is almost ran out, lots of time left on the immunity*

Pull out the silver sword and steel shield and charge the king aiming a blow at the finger

The King blinks to the other side of the room, "You fool, who sent you?!" He shouts. You're still invisible for another move.

You shoot a bolt so strong it knocks both you back. Since you got flung back as well the arrow missed his hand but hit the arm the ring is on. The King looks at his wound. *the ring shines bright and the wound closes* "Who sent you?! You are a valiant foe! I see you will not give up." [spoiler]ok I lied one more attack and your visible. [/spoiler]

Use metal magic to turn my fist into steel and approach the king, punch him then cut the ring off his finger with my silver sword

Your metal fist goes straight into the Kings chest, knocking him back. As he's getting up you swing your sword at his ring finger, it misses but cuts his hand off! The hand goes flying across the room. The King exclaims, "YOU FOOL!!!! I am the prophet! I am the one to cleanse this land! AHHH I can see you now! Finally I can see your face, wait aren't you the person we found and nursed you back to health?! Why are you doing this?!" The King clenches his stub, weakly getting to his feet.

Who corrupted you?! You were in the middle of a Great War, we were under siege here at the castle. You were a great warrior, until something horrible happened. My brother, Geldemor, got a hold of that ring. He used the rings power to make a horrific storm that cascaded over the battle leaving everyone left for dead. The storm was so powerful that it had killed my very own brother. I went to my brothers aid, but saw his unconscious body, I took his ring and tried to revive him but was unsuccessful. On my way back to Winterheld to recoup and to go over the losses when I can across you. I sensed the power you were capable of. I saw that you were barely alive so I brought you to our stronghold. Why have you come to do this?" You fire an arrow straight into his abdomen, a slow and painful death is imminent for the King.

You go over to his hand and get the Ring of Vandover. You walk over to the now deceased King and loot what you can, you pull the armour of his back, he doesn't have a weapon or anything else of interest. Armour of the King Ring of Vandover Are added to your inventory.

[spoiler]i only did that with one person. I wanted to test it. I'm relatively new at being a DM plus I didn't ask the OP if I could, I realize it's not the same experience but I don't know how the op would take to it if I'm the only DM doing it. I don't mean anything personal about it, that guy knows I'm testing it with him.[/spoiler] As you equip the armour you feel a boost in defence and health, you feel unstoppable. After another long trek you are at the entrance of the cave, Geldemor stands up and turns towards you with a sparkle in his eye. "Warrior, you have returned! Is it safe to assume the deed is done, considering you have this new shiny and powerful armour?"

"Of course, Elf. I can already feel the plague being lifted from this land. You are a very brave soldier, I cannot thank you enough. You have done the right thing, and we will go and destroy the ring. May I see the ring? I have yet to physically see the ring, I want to read any engravings on it. Maybe a secret message my poor old brother left me. I promise I'll give it right back, you have my word. I wouldn't undermine the person who defeated my powerful brother. Oh no, that would be foolish. If you could defeat him while him wearing then id for sure be next if I were do anything stupid." Geldamor comes a little closer to you.

*turn fist into metal* "Try anything stupid and ill kill you the same way I killed him" *hand over ring*

Geldamor takes the ring, "Ahh yes, the ring of Vandover! There were only 3 great rings to ever be crafted. The others were destroyed but this one has survived through all the turmoil." Geldamor puts the ring on, his eyes start to glow. It is now getting really windy in the cave. " I knew you were the one to retrieve it for me! I knew this day would finally come again. You silly Elf, you should've listened to my brother for I am now the ruler of this land!!!!" Geldamor puts the ring in the air and a bright beam begins to glow from it. He brings it back down and points it at you. He sends out a shockwave of energy that disables your metal fist, and sends you flying backwards knocking your weapon out of your hand.

*throw my steel throwing knives at him and instantaneously fire lightning bolts at him* "Im stronger now than youll ever be!!!"

Geldamor puts up a magical barrier, the throwing knives deflect off and stick into the side of the cave. His barrier absorbed the firebolt. "Don't make me laugh. I will give you two choices, either you join me or die." Geldamor puts up a firewall in front of him.

Shove the silver sword through the barrier while pumping electricity and magical metal through the blade.

"I see, I'm sorry it has to go this way. You are a valiant warrior, too bad no one will ever hear your story! We could've been the rulers!" As your sword hits the barrier, you pump electricity and metal through, the sword goes deeper and deeper into the barrier. Just about to hit Geldamor. Geldamor then releases his shield and another shock way sent you flying back. He starts to laugh. "You may have defeated my brother, but I know the true power to the ring!" He raises the ring and splits into 3. The real Geldamor sends out a bright beam that temporarily blinds you. When you can see again you see the 2 images of Geldamor. They both have a huge 2-handed sword. One starts to approach you.
