We contracted with them for 10 years of software development where they would listen to our requirements and do implementation of everything we ask them for with no artistic license or ability to make their own choices about features, priority and release timing. Because everything we are shown in a preview, subject to change, is an actual legal contract with us, or we can discontinue our business relationship with Bungie. The contract also stipulated close communication between us, the product owners, and the development team, on at least a weekly basis, where we would be in the room with the developers choosing priorities for them. I know you're dense but are you seeing anything at all unusual about the above developer / customer relationship? Like namely, you don't have that relationship? The human and awoken story lines, if they existed at all, were not a release priority. Neither was Saturn. Neither was the playable reef, a trade system, in game clans, matchmaking, etc. That is all. They broke the contract with you. You should exercise your escape clause.
