So I've been sitting on the idea for a while now as I've not really enjoyed it for a long while. I've been at the point where I'm just repeating content for gear. I've given the raid a go. Its pretty good but I haven't a consistent team nor the time to play it every week in the hope of a chance for raid gear. This leaves me with little point to level up the gear I have. This leaves me with a difficult decision. My local CEX is offering £22 cash. That means I'll have paid £13, essentially. Its a bit more than I pay for an average game; in my opinion that is what destiny is. But I did get it new and play the beta so its fair. Besides I've put a good amount of time into it. As I have Borlderlands: TPS and that has proven to hit the spot so I leave it to the community to determine whether it is worth keeping (not buying dlc so it'll be based on events) or selling. Be it trolling, serious responses or most likely elitist responses; I'll take the community's attitude as my solution. Edit 1: There seems to be a lot of logic for the yes argument, a little for the no. There are trolls but not as many as I'd anticipated. Very interesting to see how many people are at different points in their overall opinion. Edit 2: There is a certain sense of community for this "community" based game and that is why I thought I'd seek out the input of others regarding this matter. It seems this is winding down and I have my answer. I appreciate all who offered input, be it positive, negative troll or other. It's been an interesting insight to the true nature of the community here. ~E~

  • I personally would have traded in my copy by now, but I was stupid enough to buy the digital guardian edition. Instead, I find myself mindlessly playing when bored (not that it really does anything in that regard), waiting for something new to come out. I'm never trusting overly inflated video game hype again, and this is the last time I buy a freakn DLC season pass. Although, who knows? Maybe the DLC will actually have interesting and engaging content. Lolololol.... <_<;;
