It is coming in DLC, but I honestly can't remember which one. It's either this coming up DLC, or the one after.

Edited by Eshé: 10/22/2014 10:12:31 PMThe second upcoming dlc is confirmed as House of Wolves and is based around the existence of the Reef. The Raid is even based in the Reef so this playable area is pretty likely to be seen in next year's expansion

I believe it has. On December dlc I think but could be wrong on timing
