Edit: TL;DR: Vague posts not helpful. We'd like our specific concerns addressed with at least a minor level of acknowledgement and detail.
Deej,
This is another example of the ambigious and non-specific type of communication that I wrote to Bungie about yesterday and many of us do not find useful. The general understanding is that Bungie in some form is reading the feedback forum, at least the articulate and well reasoned posts. To say
We read all of this feedback. More people than you would suspect look in on the forum here and in places all over the Internet where players talk about Destiny.
I believe most of us are already under that assumption.
The problem is that when you reply your response is:
The promise I can make is that I am working with the developers to make sure that they understand how you feel as they go about making their decisions.
It means very little. What is the result of that sort of exchange? The meeting about community feedback, what can you tell us about it? The community is to the point that they are asking for specifics. We've been submitting feedback for nearly two months now. We have been vocal about some specific things which require specific acknowledgement.
I am not trying to insult you or be critical of your job performance but these generalized posts do nothing to abate the problems the community has.
Is there a roadmap and does it include some of the community requested changes? What community feedback has garnered significant recognition from development? What is the timeline on those items in a general sense? These are examples of specific answers you could give us in order to help settle the nerves around here.
Please, listen to the actual needs and desires of the community. I want Destiny to succeed but the sands in the hour glass of patience are running out for many of us.

If the team could address specific issues one at a time, the Community would have a more positive outlook on the game.

I know they don't want to spoil things or they are unable to do so due to contractual obligations and the like. The thing is is that while there are valid points being made the the people making them want to know they are being heard. Telling the community "We're working on it," isn't going to cut it. TLDR: We want more meat on the bones you're throwing us.

Edited by Architect Mind: 10/23/2014 10:01:00 AMBefore I forget and hopefully before deej posts a reply to you can you put a tldr at the top stating how we'd like a roadmap or timeline, just in case he skims it and misses the vitals.

Love seeing that most of the suggestions are steering more this direction, I do hope we get a roadmap, I think it would ease alot of tension.
