Ya I'm 17 and I get many people that are older than me joining me for raids. This actually doesn't bother me. They're more mature, and often a lot nicer. Not that some 12-15 year olds aren't ok, but I've played COD with my younger cousin who insisted he was going to cleanse one of his teammates assholes with bleach. The more mature players are able to state that they don't agree with something without making empty threats. So thank you older players, who don't generalize us younger players, you guys are the best!

Younger players suck.,, just kidding :)
-
Your cousin is probably just adamant about hygiene
-
He has flow that's greasier than McDonald's deep fryers, so I'm gonna go with no
-
I'm willing to play with anyone as long as they are respectful. The moment you get out of line it's a report, mute, block.
-
I think there are varying levels. 1)A lit offensive, mute. 2)Annoying as -blam!- and keeps bothering you, block. 3)Starts saying how Hitler was correct in killing the Jews, report!
-
1. It takes a lot to cross the line for me as I've heard it all in the USMC. 2. However if you can't be bothered to even attempt to be civil to your fellow player I'm not going to bother with you. There are plenty of people to play with. 3. I've only reported one person and it's because when someone tried to explain something to him he freaked out and started insulting everyone in the raid...mostly because he thought he could knock atheon off and clearly couldn't while we mostly just wanted to fight him anuway. I give any age a chance but 1 is all you get.
-
Ya freaking out isn't acceptable. There are plenty of people who don't freak out, it's better to play with them anyways!

Props man, you're older then all of my Grandparents! Assuming you aren't trolling me!

Edited by DrCytosine: 10/22/2014 4:21:02 PMYup. Parenting of these children is nonexistent. One of my buddies had a single mum who worked shifts, so she was never around. All he did was play PS3, and he became one of those kids. Now he's dropped out of school so he has more time to play DayZ :(
-
yep. one of the kids that raid with some of my friends is a little 13 year old. how when I get assigned shield duty for the boss fights, and I fail, you will get a curse followed by a sorry guys. but this kid. he's screaming at everything on his TV. not just cursing but screaming, the entire time, at the harpies at atheon at the hole he just fell into. I can not hear my friends talk when he is in the group cause he's screaming with his mic output turned up way to high. got to the point that I muted him and listen to him thru other peoples mics.
-
Ah shit. Communication is important, but screaming is detrimental!
-
yep... is pretty bad when all my friends play with headsets but I can still hear him thru their mics.
-
Ya that's really loud. Just kick him and find another player ;)
-
lol I would but its not my choice. the kid has skills. according to some website hes in like the top 100 players in the world or something like that. I checked the website... it said I was top 80% lol
-
Eww kids who try too hard and freak out. Kill me now
-
now you sound like him
-
Lawl sorry mate. Not too great at expressing myself sometimes!
-
Yeah I'm 17 too but I usually don't play with anyone who's under 21 unless I know them personally
-
Ya that's a good rule. I have a Raid group of my friends that I go to school with, but we're all Seniors so we often can't all get online at once, Since at least one of us usually has a test to study for or a University to apply for!
-
You're very welcome
-
Ha! I'm 21 but I play with my brother who is 15. Just last night he threatened someone by saying he was going to go to their house and shit on their soul. Then proceeded to chant some Indian war cry. What happens in VOG stays in VOG.
