Don't tell him that. A lvl 23 doing a raid is a definite load of bricks for a team. You can't possibly do anything, unless the rest of the fireteam is lvl 28s and up. Other than that, you're throwing pebbles at giants because at lvl 23, you're at a significant damage reduction output while enemies maintain their damage output against your armor.
