lightswitch modifier

This mod. Is the worst one yet. I understand the weekly heroic and nightfall strikes were supposed to be hard but you guys took it too far. It a -blam!-ing one shot with dregs when they melee you. That should be reason enough to remove that modifier.

I agree, this modifier goes beyond the realm of being challenging to being down right broken; there is simply no reason why enemies like Thrall, who are faster than we are, have a ridiculous lunge ability, and can appear from basically no where should have the ability to kill you in one shot. I would be fine with it if it were two hits, at least that way being caught off guard by something that runs at you faster than your radar can even register it sometimes wouldn't feel incredibly cheap. The way it stands right now lightswitch is easily the most frustrating and completely unnecessary mission modifier in the game; especially when considering that bosses, ultras, and majors can already 1-hit you why do we need to have the lower tier enemies that rush us in considerable numbers be a 1-hit death as well? I don't understand for the life of me why Bungie has placed so many 1-hit kills in Destiny to begin with, whether its via poorly made mods and attacks in PvE or the plethora of 1-hit kills that plague the PvP. We are supposed to be super powered guardians infused with the power of light, we should be able to take a hit or two from same level or lower enemies without immediately being destroyed...
