Are you saying fusion rifles and rockets should crit aswell?
English
-
I would love my gallahorn to lock onto their head and do crit for all the baby rockets.
-
Would giving Golden Gun crits mean Nova Bomb and Fist of Havoc get crits too?
-
No because the Golden Gun is a Hand Cannon. It's supposed to be a precision weapon. How can it be a precision weapon if it doesn't crit? There's no reward for good aim. Shoot the chest, they die. Shoot the head, they die. There's no difference.
-
Does it really matter though, considering how often it is used (as a super)? You can worry about precision the other 98% of the time. With supers all you should be worried about is not missing.
-
I want
-
I know every Warlock and Titan would cry over this.
-
Are either one of those specials guns, moron?
-
In the name of fairness it would have to be done.
-
How about you continue our original conversation instead of starting a new troll play on words.
-
Who started "troll" play on words?
-
A petty and much too nitpicky argument
-
Nope. He's saying golden gun should crit. I thought that was obvious from the title and all the responses.

-
Because it helps a ton in PvE because it's absolutely useless towards any enemy. And it wouldn't affect pvp at all since its ALREADY a one shot kill
-
I don't disagree with you, i would love for it to crit, but his argument makes no sense is my point.
-
Sorry, I misunderstood, you prove a point.
-
-
Well than the body of your post defeats the title....
-
*then*
-
Not really. Fusion rifles and rocket launcher are in a class of their own. A rocket launcher is supposed to be powerful enough to not require a head shot. Same for the fusion rifle. They are working as intended. I didn't need a head shot to take someone out with the Spartan laser. There are always exceptions of course. The golden gun is a hand cannon. All other hand cannons do crit damage, why not the most powerful one? It's totally backwards and deserves a patch.

I thought this was a Bungie game.
Yes really, Youre the one who said it sir =]
are in a class of their own.
I understand its a hand cannon but is a super not a class of its own to you? It would demolish the balance of the supers in things like VoG (not that GG is very useful atm)
-
I think it would create a balance not demolish one. Wouldn't you agree?
-
Edited by HandofCirca: 10/21/2014 10:44:28 PMNot at all, i've found it to be infinitely more useful than FoH and on par if not better than nova bomb. the only underpowerd super in endgame pve is arc blade imho.
-
Well we both know void walker and striker are the worse choice for pve. The hunter lacks a truly good choice for pve.
-
Idk even with the new patch teleporting random players, GG is still the best oracle killer, and still the best harpy cleaner.
