I love this stuff. Thank you for the great read, every once in a while these forums shine with gems among the many complaints.
I went and read the Vex # cards that you linked, that's some messed up stuff to think about.

Someone on the forums posted this. After looking into it, I thought it was perhaps the inspiration for these Vex cards and the scientist's reaction to the discovery.
