Stingray. I unforwarded my ports, changed IP from static to DHCP including the DNS to Auto, restarted my router. Still get stingray.....weird part is my friends around my area can connect no problems. Im hailing from NYC the Bronx. Lets get this together bungie. and i think you should offer everyone at least some strange coins for this issue. =I that be nice.
