This is a stupid question, but I'm going to ask it. Are you running it multiple times a week with the same character? Cause if you are you only have a shot at loot once a week per boss, per week, per difficulty. If you do hard first it also voids normal loot from bosses, so always do normal then hard. Im only checking because so many people still don't understand that they can only have a shot at loot once a week per toon.

Actually, it's better to do hard mode and not even worry about normal. You will get the drops for both normal and hard with a greater chance of getting better gear, like helmets that are unavailable on normal or Mythoclast.

Running it on hard first doesnt "void" anything. When you run it on hard first, you double loot it. Meaning you get normal loot AND hard loot at the same time. Ex. 6 shards instead of 3 from the first chest. I do this every week.

Ah I didn't realize it double looted. I killed Templar on Hard one week ot help a friends group, before I had done normal, and saw that both bosses showed as looted on my tracker. I then continued to do norm then Hard. Good to know, thanks for the clarification.

I Only do it once normal per week and once hard. I know the loot is once per week per boss , sadly still no gear . If I can get one piece tonight beside a helmet since I have an exotic I will be fine and go 4 more times for another lol

I too have completed the raid on both difficulties (roughly 6 times) and still haven't gotten a SINGLE PIECE OF RAID GEAR!!! I have received the legendary ship twice and the titans apron twice aswell as spirit blooms from that one chest after template battle.Every other drop has been shards and energies of which I have close to 50 of each as I have nothing to upgrade... wtf! It gets old playing with others and watching them receive gear, even on their first playthrough, especially when hours are invested or wasted.... I I feel your pain with the random Vog drops....
