Love this idea. I am a casual gamer that plays a lot of games. I love FPS but I just suck at them. With a system like this, I can grind on my own time and get to lv 29, 30 and then PLAY lv 26 raid and actually help people (or at least not be a drag to the whole team). I only have about 2 hrs per day to play and maybe 4, 5 hrs when I don't have work. (I only get off one day a week). For now, with my three characters, what I do every day was trying to do daily heroics, chasing for public events and farming. Make upgrading the gears super expansive or sth but at least make my time put into the game worth something.
