Lvl 28 strike gives you 9... you must of done lvl 26...

If you always got good stuff the stuff you got wouldn't be as good. The first week I got the exact same legendary shot gun I already have, this week ice breaker and my friend got coins totally random get a second character and you'll always get something from xur and nightfall
