The Vex Mythoclast, just like any other Raid loot drop, is random. It's a certain percentage that no one in your party rolled for completion, it's not a guaranteed item. Try again after the Tuesday reset!

Its supposed to be a guarantee raid drop for AT LEAST ONE PERSON who completes it on Hard. Nobody on my friends list completed a Raid on hard without at least ONE PERSON in the group getting it. Some even said 3 people got it. But it at least supposed to drop for someone at the end. Funny thing is, same thing happened with the first raid group that completed it. They beat it and no one got it. Bungie gave it to em. *shrug*

No, it's not guaranteed for even one person. All loot in the vault is random. There are no guaranteed drops, at all.

Obviously its not now. Nobody got it. I'm in the party right now and told people and their like "WTF?!?!" Its the first time they heard of it not dropping for not a single person. Dudes ran the raid 10-15 times and nobody heard of that before. I'm not even tripping that i didnt get it. But nobody?!?! Yeah, thats crazy...
