Well, things heated up rather quickly with that chapter. Excellent chapter, in fact. From the mystery established early on to the combat at the end, I enjoyed this one.

Thanks. That was a rather quick turn of events, what do you think could have caused such reaction on the part of Aaron and Alicia?

It was indeed a surprising turn of events with everything that went on toward the end. As for Alicia and Aaron, I predict they justified their reaction in response to learning of Nora's involvement with a certain event and/or party in the past that took the life or lives of people they held dear. I'm going to guess that Nora's experiences in the Spartan Division (Did I recall that correctly? It's been so long) have something to do with it, and the next few glimpses into her past will explain more of that in greater detail. Furthermore, I'm getting the sensation Pierce is involved in that history as well.

(Yes, and you don't need to remind me) Sadly (Mr.) Pierce himself has not played a part in that conflict, though I am curious to know what you think of him now.

Thank you for confirming that and I wasn't reminding you; I just forgot that detail and wanted you to let me know if I was right or not. I know how frustrating it can be for us authors to take longer than we want to post a chapter. As for (Mr.) Pierce, I underestimated him. He's a much greater threat than I anticipated. That much is evident in light of the battle's outcome. He will prove to be a menacing challenge when push comes to shove; Nora that is.
