Hand Cannon or Scout Rifle
I love Hand Cannons and Scout Rifles. Sadly RNGsus has not seen fit to bless me with either. But I can buy one from the Vanguard Quartermaster, but I'm having trouble deciding between The Devil You Know hand cannon and the A.1F19X-Ryl scout rifle. Which do you guys suggest?

Fatebringer hand cannon and it has arc damage and dat impact <3 Also precision kills cause target to explode you can also add explosive rounds for when you go into pvp and cause other people to miss when firing back at you or do spins looking for whatever is cause the screen shake lol max ammo 12 field scout adds more to it
