weapons of light? Explain pls I play Hunter but am starting a Titan

The Titans bubble can do different things when you enter it, one is called "blessing of light" which restores you health back to full, the other is called "weapons of light" which gives you extra damage while shooting enemies, there is another one but can't remember what it is, you can keep run in and out of the bubble to get the perks again. P.s don't shoot inside the bubble useless the enemy is inside aswell otherwise the bullets won't leave.
