I'm not surprised there. Seems to be a lot of distain for COD. I personally have no issue with the game. If it has a long enough campaign, I may get it at some point. Since it seems to be weak regarding co-op, it's not on my list. Regardless, I'm loving Destiny and have no plans to stop playing it.

I was not shocked at all. being an IT guy I notice that the loudest people are almost never the majority. When we have some major network issue and users cant get into something, most of the time we hear about it after its been broke for 30+ minutes. but when that one user broke their computer and cant get online... THE INTERNET IS BROKE FOR EVERYONE!!! Its one of my favorite things to see. I hate COD, I played the 1st 3 and lost interest because they were all the same games with what I saw as sub par graphics. That said, that is my opinion and I don't condemn or look down on people who love the games. I'm sure ill check it out too.

In my opinion Destiny simply offers so much more than COD. It's not even fair to compare them. It fits my play style far more than anything else that is out right now.

oh me too, I was a HUGE wow nerd but I always loved FPS... this game brings me things I like about both.

Yup, exactly. Oh and I know what you mean about the IT aspect, I work in an office setting and see/hear that happen a lot.
