I'm having the same problem with those cards. Motes of Light, Siege Dancers, and Combined Arms won't unlock for me nor can I find the Ghost in RAS-2. I haven't looked for the one on Mars yet but I expect it'll be glitched like RAS-2.

I agree with you 100% all they do is nothing it`s the simple things that make a great game they fix it for ps4 but not for us on xbox 360 or the xbox 1 and I feel like we are being let down us gamers and are slowly losing our trust ,I would put it in to simple words and hope they put me right to show that I am wrong.
