Nothing Bungie does will fix this
Removing Exotics will open up the "over powered" Legendary guns that they will have to ban as well. Eventually every gun will be banned.

Well shit, I guess its gonna have to come down to an all Melee Showdown Extravaganza! :D

Pretty much. Then Titans will be banned for their Shoulder Charge. Then Warlocks for their Flame Shield Everyone will be a Hunter with no weapons or grenades for PvP
