I'm curious as to how many people will still attempt to complete the VoG on hard since the Vex nerf and the Templar changes.
Just to clarify, I'm interested in people who will actually attempt the entire raid. Not those who will seek out the Atheon checkpoint. I made a separate answer for you.

Edited by med: 10/15/2014 5:32:47 PMAs a person who has been clearing the HM since it was released I can say that it is, basically, a waste of time now that the peasants have sunk their claws in and ruined the encounters, openly flaunted their exploiting of the encounters, saturated the game with so many weapons that it caused the PvP only goobers to cry and get a nerf and, most importantly caused the legitimate raiders to back off as weapons such as Atheon's Epilogue no longer causes much damage to Oracles/Praetorian's based on the nerf aimed at catering to said peasants. Other than the helmet, it is a waste of time.

Only reason I see to do hard mode now is for the arc pulse rifle or the arc hand cannon plus the helm that's it...
-
I say yes because I like a challenge. And the Vex is still A pretty good gun. Just not as OP anymore.
-
I say no because there is little reward for great effort. I'll stick to my dailys, nightfall/heroic strikes/VOG normal then spend the rest of my time playing other games.
-
Funny because you can still push Templar off. Just can't use snipe towers. Lawl.
-
Beat it faster today on hard mode than I ever have before.
-
looking for sombody for vog xbox one with the atheon on hard . im a level 30 titan and have 2 warlocks level 30 anybody wanna do it message me GT same as profile name
-
Just beat it today, it's not even hard smh.
-
Got the now outclassed by Suros Mythoclast. Got the helmet. No real reason to do hard again but I guess if the group I did it with last week want to again I shall, just not fussed to do it anymore.
-
I always enjoy a good challenge and if people think it's impossible due to a few patches then being it on. I'm always up for doing the raid. To be honest, hardest part of it is finding the right team.
-
First time and can't pass the two conflux defense. I don't know how anybody can do it legitimately
-
I said yes I would attempt it, though due to time problems (I'm only really able to be on when everyone else is at school/work) I'll most likely just checkpoint it
-
Beat it on hard twice already
-
After my experience on normal mode, absolutely not. Since VoG was generous enough to give me JACKSHIT I wouldn't even be able to get to the proper level for it anyways.
-
Easy is easy,hard is hard...
-
I actually just beat it on normal and the Templar changes aren't too bad. Once my team found a strategy it was pretty easy. It was not pushing him off the edge btw.
-
I would if I could complete it on normal!
-
Mostly due to lack at other content and for the armour. After I get the armour it'll be a toss up
-
I want the helmet. If that was in normal screw the hard mode, not much else making me want to go through that he'll.
-
(On hard mode or not) I only do the raid because I love it and because it's really the only entertaining thing in Destiny for me now.
-
I want to get other guns and helmet. please no vex
-
Still want vex to complete collection. Also still need helmet & want fatebringer so yeah I'll do hard
-
It's really not all that hard.. if you have 2 lvl 30 guys it's just as hard as doing the normal raid with random kids that have no idea what they're doing. At least it's been that way from my experience.
-
You know, there's other things to get other than the Vex Mythoclast. If u played the Templar area like you were supposed to, the change shouldnt effect u.
-
Still need Fatebringer. So yes, I'll be playing hard.
-
Iv done it before but can't find a team that can stay alive
