So there was some Science done in the video linked, and from this science are the results that there are no such things as Level advantages in the Iron Banner. The weapon doing the exact same damage all the time across the board makes no sense if there were any time of Level Advantages. Normal Curcible was used for a Control and the results in the Iron Banner and Normal PVP where the exact same.
Shouldn't we see damage reduction, or increased damage on lower levels? Thoughts?

Had a feeling things weren't quite right, as iron banner combat felt the same as crucible combat. Then I watched the video posted, along with another of a low level warlock using the [b]first weapon you get after making a new character.[/b] He was doing more damage per shot than the guy in the OP's linked video, who was using a lv20 blue AR. When watching videos like that, I can't understand how some people actually defend the iron banner event. The event does not function as advertised; it's just the a single crucible match type with reputation and (lackluster) rewards tied to it.
