Iron banner is supposed to be the most authentic and challenging PvP game type, but this is completely broken when players quit the match. The remedy is simple, hand out ten minute Iron Banner bans to people who return to orbit. If they are disconnected because of a networking issue on their end, it gives them a good 10 minutes to sort things out. Edit: I would like to point out that Bungie's last game had this feature, and it was the greatest thing ever.
