Actually, I have a better idea for iron banner quitters.
Forget the original topic, the one that suggested permabanning iron banner quitters. I have a better idea. Everybody who quits iron banner should be condemned to spawn inside of a "humiliation cube" in the tower for a year.
What is a humiliation cube? It's something I made up just now. Basically it would be a steel 8x4x4 ft box in the middle of the tower. The side facing the traveler would have a small window to allow spectators to look and laugh at the cowardly fool. Each of these quitters would have their own instances to spawn in, so you wouldn't have to worry about overcrowding. But they wouldn't be able to jump, move, pull out their ghosts, or perform gestures. And to further ingrain the punishment into their heads, it would be in first person. So they wouldn't be able to see outside of the box. Plus this punishment will affect all characters on that account.
