Me and my friends have that same problem. Here's what we did and it worked. Up until we went to earth social then it stopped again. We just kept logging out of the game. And restarting our chars. May have to do this a few 2 a lot of times. But it worked for us. Other then that. I've tried everything u have and no prevail.

I've done the reset thing before and it never seems to work for us.

U dont need to reset. Just go to settings. Log out of destiny. Reload and the rejoin. After u do it. Have ur buddy do it. Take turns doing it. As i said. U may have to do it a few times to a bit more then a few times. It has worked for me and my buddies. Up till we go to earth social. Then cant hear eachother again. But then again. What works for some. May not work for others. Could always try that static ip thing dude recommended that said he got it working for him and havnt had a problem since. Trial and error all it comes down to. I hope bungie fixed this BS soon. Cause its quite annoying honestly.
