I personally think poll answer 2 would be ideal. My argument is that you cant get much of a spree going when everyone at some point gets their super at least once because it charges automatically based on intelligence.
If poll answer 2 would go into effect (not that it would) id recommend switching what intelligence does now to making it increase the amount your super charges when you get kills or assists.
Ive always been against the idea of giving someone something for nothing in video games. For example CoD death streaks, why reward someone for being bad? Its obviously to please the masses but imo it hurts the gameplay. The way supers charge now is a form of what i mentioned above.
Your thoughts? Keep it nice please :)

The super gauge should fill up only through getting kills or assists or playing the objective. There should be no natural charge to it. There should be no super orbs. And it should charge slowly. Just as an example, an individual player should on average only get maybe 2 supers per game. This is all for PvP only I mean. In PvE they're fine as is. I'm just sick of getting hit with super after super after super. It makes me turn the game off, it really does. The other day I was playing a game of Clash. Around the half way mark I was hit with Nova Bomb, Fist of Havoc, Fist of Havoc, Arc Blade, Nova Bomb, Fist of Havoc, Golden Gun. 7 consecutive deaths all to supers. Situations like that should never happen. Now regardless of if supers in PvP change or not, what I really really want is a Barebones type of mode. No supers. No weapon or armor abilities. No special class abilities. No level advantages. No stat modifiers (intellect, discipline, strength, etc). Just guns, melee, grenades and double jump. That's it. I would love a game mode like this and I think many others would as well.
