I just ran into the same problem, I've completed Shattered Memory Fragment, and am in-process on Toland's Legacy, A Light in the Dark (ugh, that last step), and A Dubious Task. I figure it will probably give me an option once I complete one of them, but until then, it's eating up a precious bounty slot uselessly.

Same basic problem for me too. Anyone know if fix is pending? Bungie, what are you doing to fix this?

And on completing A Dubious Task and getting my Invective, talking to Xander now presents me with the choice of... taking A Dubious Task again. So it seems likely that this happens if you've got all three that would be offered active.

i had those same 3(tolands, light, and dubious). I completed dubious and have since got 4 missives all only offering me to take dubious again. Im on the last steps for both of the other 2 so i hope to have them done in the next night or so. Be interesting to see if once i clear all those out it if it will offer me any others.
