Hmm well I'll theorize it's network related and maybe needs a certain timing of when we press Options/Start while loading for it to crash. Might require both. Just hope it's not our hardware randomly failing. BTW your game is Digital Download or Bluray? (Though I suppose it doesn't really make a difference since even games on disk save a lot of the data on the HDD).
