Done all of that troubleshooting still nothing its a fantastic game but this is going on so long that I'm going to trade in this game and never buying your products again no help no replies disgrace and i advise everyone else to do the same

Your help page for the caterpillar/cattle page does nothing. I beg you guys, after almost 13 whole days, please fix this issue. I've waited for this game since the very first unveil and have been itching to play it for those 2 (or however long) years and finally have my hands on it. Everything you guys do is incredible, and I can't thank you enough for making such an outstanding game, but in order for me to fully appreciate I would need to be able to play it..
