Your post is not new to the forums.
The LFG conundrum in this game has been debated, discussed, beaten into the dirt.
The Bungie fanboy answer is " use the forums, that's what the app is for ".
Yup.
Bungie has left the tools you need to play this game, out of the game. Don't ask me why. Some body in the development of this game. A Bungie employee. Made a mistake. A deliberate mistake?
If Bungie reads these. I think someone does. They have passed this issue along. There is always the possibility that they were told not to pass it along. Play the game the way Bungie wants us to. They have said that in not so many words. Yup.

Yeah, I really agree that we need this, I'm not high enough level to play the raid yet, although when I do I doubt I will be able to get 5 friends online at the same time. The Tower is mostly empty so why dont we utilise one of these spaces as a place for randoms to meet up and join a fireteam together. Have a different area depending on the type of task you want to do then you can find similar level players to join. I dont understand the lack of matchmaking for the raid, if players have managed to get to level 26 then they surely know what they are doing in the game, only problem might be language differences if playing with someone of a different country on the mics.

Well, I did go to an "outside source." But instead of using the forums I found this website, www.destinylfg.com. I've already used it a couple of times and lead me to grouping up with people really quickly. Heck, even did the Vault of Glass last night using it. It sucks we have to go outside the game to find people, but I'd recommend giving it a look if you're needing help.
