New errors regarding media and can't sign in please help
So here is how it goes ever time I try to log in. I sign in with my usual account on my PS4 with has PS+ and usually works. I then load Destiny from a disk. After the Bungie screen I get message "Use of user-generated media is not allowed for your account", so i click okay. I then get message "Use of this applications chat and messaging features is not allowed for your account" so I click ok. Then Destiny tries to sign in but can't. No error, it just keeps trying but can't. Any ideas??

Not just Destiny servers, PlayStation Network has gone under globally as of about 10am GMT. I can't log in here with my PSN account at all, lucky I have an XBL one too. Not Bungie's fault though.
