Now this should have been in the original post. I agree that ships right now are pointless, but so is an argument only stated that ships are pointless. Now the game devs are left with something to think about.. Hell I'm on board with cutting ships out (if this is all they will be used for) and leaving us with load screens full of information... Here's a thought: Why not have the load screen display one of the hundreds of Grimoire cards I've unlocked?? These cards are actually extremely interesting and give us the backstory of many things within the game. I don't see why even with the mindless loading screens we have now of our ships flying through space that this cant be achieved. Throw the text of the Grimoire card up on any part of the screen and I'll bet nobody will complain that they can't see their ship LMAO on second thought, there would probably be a thread complaining about it within the hour
