I really hope the Reef raid is a riot in the Prison of Elders. That'd be awesome.

Enlighten me. What's the prison of elders and who refers to you as Dr. Shin. I must have missed those. Quit listening to repeated dialogue just chest sounds and which way a bullet is coming from since 3rd time I redid missions.

Dr Shin is the name of the persons access code that your ghost used to hack into the academy or whatever on venus.

I don't know about the doctor Shin thing - probably just a system voice interface like say Siri or something on a phone, could be an AI though knowing Bungie's past. As for the Prison, it's the place the Awoken kept the Archon Priest from the winter's ruin strike I think it was? At the end of the strike the mission-giver, whoever it was for that one, says that if the fallen found it there will probably be more breakouts. Since it's controlled by the Awoken I assume it's in or near the Reef, and if it was it would probably be a fallen-related raid or something.
