i block communication with anyone spamming me messages or invites
dont people have their own friends?

They are all playing Warframe. They decided Destiny was a waste of time. so.... no... no friends willing to play Destiny.

Some of us aged nearly 50 don't have a ready network of gamers as friends. So. No to your answer. I have joined a clan & slowly acquiring friends. Not ready for the heavy duty strikes yet, so not a problem yet.

Technically you haven't joined a clan yet. You are just a part of their group. Go to your Group page from the pull out on the left of this page and choose the option at the top somewhere about making this your Clan. It will send an invite to the Clan leader asking for invite. Bungie messed up with the Clan leaders can not send invites to people. It is up to the individual to ask for invite once part of a group.

I'm 32 and don't have a bunch of buddies to play with yet. Hit me up if you like. I'm a level 28 Titan. I mostly do the open world PvE stuff.

Same - while I do have a few friends on PS4, they haven't had as much time to grind and are only in the mid-20s. I have a 28 Titan with both subs fully unlocked.

I am PS4 but only level 20, which is a shame for both of us ! Impressed you have both subclasses unlocked. I am growing to like the defender option on my Titan. Has come in handy on a few occasions when feeling a bit swarmed.

The defender subclass is great! You can configure it to be a great source of orbs during team play, and the light shield or weapons of light add a good boost depending on which one you have up. It can be useful for both soloing as well as team play. It's one of the few true support builds in the game.
