I was successfully able to access the site after manually removing cookies, but now no available bounties are listed and none of the merchants are shown on the tower map. Attempted switching between my characters since one of them does not have access to bounties yet, but still nothing appears. EDIT: Never mind. Immediately after posting, I returned to Legend section of site and available bounties now show up. Also, tower map has returned to normal.
