It's not hard at all to find people to do those activities with.

It takes more time to find people without matchmaking than it does to find them with matchmaking. It's 2014, and absurd that we have to actually look for people outside of the -blam!-ing game to play with. It's a pain in the ass to keep going back and forth from console to computer just to put together a fireteam.
