I don't want to trade it in at Game Stop neither! Fullly refund my money and I will walk away happy. I will never pre order another game you ever make. This game has none of the epic story you promised. In fact theirs zero story told in this game as is. I have been really trying to over look the short comings of this game but just can't anymore. I don't care about the patch coming out soon. I'm sure it will do more damage to the game. Just like every other so called fix you have done has. I'm done with your lies an come to this decision of asking for a full refund?
Edit:
Found all the cutscenes and voice overs put together on youtube. Here is the Destiny movie.
Warning this video may cause sleepiness and boredom.

Why not actually leave and not say anything? What will posting on feedback accomplish? At the end of the day guess what.. Activision > you

Agreed, the game is awful. Don't get me wrong it's a very functional shooter, really good mechanics. Sadly, everything else that makes a game great it's gone. There's no balance, to easy to die. Story short. There are very many multiplayer maps. Really its just call of duty Borderlands. It's not what I'd expect from Bungie but it is what I would expect from Activision. I should have known better.
-
I didn't like need for speed. You don't see me crying and asking for a refund.
-
Also, you put 6 days in, you have all legendaries and an exotic on your main. Plus you created 2 other characters. Shut up you troll. You love the game.
-
Dude you played 6 days!!!! Are you kidding? If you don't like it enough to ask for a FULL REfUND, why would you ever put 6 days in??? Good lord dude grow up. You clearly got your money's worth...
-
Let's see. You played 6 Days and 10 Hours according to your profile. You made it up to lvl 28 and you have legendaries You generally suck at pvp. Honestly you're a retard if you think you will EVER... EVER get your money back. I would understand if you played up to 4 Hours and you made your choice at this point. Maybe then your reseller could give you a refund. But you played a lot, a damn lot, and you already made your spent money worth it. Dont cry around.

Question marks (?) are usually used at the end of a question, just so you know.
-
destiny story: come back from the dead, meet a exo girl, vist the Awoken and destroy a big ass heart.
-
Story placing you in the middle of events in your characters shoes. Awakes by a ghost, quickly flee from enemies. Acquire weapons and fight said enemies. Meet people. Learn of past events. Piece together subtle clues as how things occurred. Develop questions of previous characters and events. If you missed the story, you're probably stupid, and would be better off watching movies and not playing games because need a story spoon fed to you. They intended for you to try to solve the events of the collapse and come to your own conclusions and create curiosity about the lore.
-
I'm sorry but were you expecting someone to be giving even half a flying shit?
-
Lol, like this is going to happen. Can you and others just fricken go QQ somewhere else. If you don't like the game, leave. See if bungie/activision really care. Why do you stay and complain instead of doing what you say?
-
So much wasted potential kinda hurts to watch this
-
I have to say the story IS awwwwwwful. Did not meet expectations at all!

Edited by branagh91: 10/2/2014 2:16:41 PMI want a refund on my case bungie... as I never use it. My game stays in the console. So the case collects dust. Surely this is a better argument than stated above. LOL 🙈
-
So you have basically had the game on 25 percent of the time since its been out, but you aren't happy with it.
-
Edited by skegs: 10/2/2014 1:26:57 PMHonestly? You'll never get a full refund for destiny. Why? Because they aren't going to refund you just because you were "lied to" "mislead" "didn't meet expectations." Have you ever went out to eat at a restaurant? Let's say for instance you went out to eat, you order a grilled trout. It was amazing. Now you know you like fish, or at least, just this kind of fish. So next weekend rolls around and you go out to eat at the same restaurant and you order a grilled salmon. Because you figured, the grilled trout was amazing and why not explore the taste if fish. So you get your grilled salmon and you hate it. It's terrible in every aspect. You couldn't imagine a fish tasting so bad. You thought you liked fish. How could this happen? Do you get a refund because you bought the salmon in hopes of liking it but because your expectations were wrong you deserve not to pay? No. It's all on you. I hope that made sense. Now re-read it in the terms of gaming. Have you ever played a video game before? Let's say for instance you went to the video game store, you bought a FPS called Call of Duty. It was amazing. Now you know you like Shooters, or at least, just this kind of shooter. So next weekend rolls around and you go to the same store and buy the FPSMMO Destiny. Because you figured, the FPS Call of Duty was amazing and why not explore the genre of FPS. So you get Destiny and you hate it. It's terrible in every aspect. You couldn't imagine a FPS so bad. You thought you liked FPS games. How could this happen? Do you get a refund because you bought Destiny in hopes of liking it but because your expectations were wrong you deserve not to pay? No. It's all on you.

What a complete tard
-
Like I said before. You have a better shot at asking McDonald's for a refund for destiny than asking bungie
-
Fair enough, as long as you haven't played the game at all, you are entitled to a full refund. If however you have played the game, the goods are used you are entitled to nothing, unless you can show somehow that the goods are defective, ie the game was not playable, and given your level it obviously was. So unless you can demonstrate in a court of law, how the goods were defective, I think that you have a snowballs chance in hell of a full refund, and rightly so.
-
Sorry to hear it wasn't to your expectations. I can agree to a certain extent, though I'll ride it out and see where they head. Either way I'm hanging out for AW.
-
Edited by Fox: 10/1/2014 6:26:21 PMDon't pre-order games in the first place, its pointless, particularly if your only buying the standard edition of said game. Regardless, GameStop only requires you to put down $5 for a game. That's not a lot. Nobody said you had to buy the game either. You could've easily waited to see more of it post-release to get a better assessment of whether it meets your expectations/standards. And depending on which version you got, you could've still returned it easily to your retailer. Never purchase based on hype for a product if you're going to complain when it disappoints you.
-
I agree. tried to look past the flaws. Just couldnt. this game is stupid
-
Super mad lol
-
lol your a special kind of stupid. lol we all can see that now
