Let's see. You played 6 Days and 10 Hours according to your profile. You made it up to lvl 28 and you have legendaries You generally suck at pvp. Honestly you're a retard if you think you will EVER... EVER get your money back. I would understand if you played up to 4 Hours and you made your choice at this point. Story placing you in the middle of events in your characters shoes. Awakes by a ghost, quickly flee from enemies. Acquire weapons and fight said enemies. Meet people. Learn of past events. Piece together subtle clues as how things occurred. Develop questions of previous characters and events. If you missed the story, you're probably stupid, and would be better off watching movies and not playing games because need a story spoon fed to you. They intended for you to try to solve the events of the collapse and come to your own conclusions and create curiosity about the lore.

Honestly? You'll never get a full refund for destiny. Why? Because they aren't going to refund you just because you were "lied to" "mislead" "didn't meet expectations." Have you ever went out to eat at a restaurant? Let's say for instance you went out to eat, you order a grilled trout. It was amazing. Now you know you like fish, or at least, just this kind of fish. So next weekend rolls around and you go out to eat at the same restaurant and you order a grilled salmon. Because you figured, the grilled trout was amazing and why not explore the taste if fish. So you get your grilled salmon and you hate it. It's terrible in every aspect. You couldn't imagine a fish tasting so bad. You thought you liked fish. How could this happen? Do you get a refund because you bought the salmon in hopes of liking it but because your expectations were wrong you deserve not to pay? No. It's all on you. I hope that made sense. Fair enough, as long as you haven't played the game at all, you are entitled to a full refund. If however you have played the game, the goods are used you are entitled to nothing, unless you can show somehow that the goods are defective, ie the game was not playable, and given your level it obviously was. So unless you can demonstrate in a court of law, how the goods were defective, I think that you have a snowballs chance in hell of a full refund, and rightly so.

Don't pre-order games in the first place, its pointless, particularly if your only buying the standard edition of said game. Regardless, GameStop only requires you to put down $5 for a game. That's not a lot. Nobody said you had to buy the game either. You could've easily waited to see more of it post-release to get a better assessment of whether it meets your expectations/standards. And depending on which version you got, you could've still returned it easily to your retailer. Never purchase based on hype for a product if you're going to complain when it disappoints you.
