Hey Blake, Thank you for bringing together the many voices that are a part of Bungie.net. It may feel that you are a minority, but in fact you and others facing different issues are on our minds every day. I'm very sorry about the trouble faced with the different errors. We are absolutely working hard to get these resolved and, while our updates may be sparse, behind the scenes things are very busy. Please stay tuned to our help pages and continue to make yourselves heard. We are listening.

  • It is 04/11/14 in Melbourne, Australia and I haven't been able to sign on to Destiny on my PS4 since 29/10/14 and I keep getting this message [b]EVERY[/b] time I try: "You have lost connection with the Destiny Servers. Your permissions to access online multiplayer may have changed or your profile may have been signed in elsewhere." What is really happening! And how long is going to take to fix?! Oh, yes I forgot, there is also message underneath the first one: "For more information, visit help.bungie.net." I have been visiting help.bungie.net for [b]DAYS[/b] and gotten [b]NOWHERE!![/b] I have contacted PlayStation Support, Australia and although they have tried to help, the problem is [b] obviously[/b] with Bungie, yet they will [b]NOT[/b] let you contact support directly.

  • Once i get in orbit i just float there and all i cant do anything cause it keeps telling me party stabilization i though if i got off the xbox a while it would fixes its self well its be 3 days and i still cant leave orbit if any has found a way to fix it please tell me.

  • Even with all the little issues I've had, I wouldn't change a thing. Something this massive with over 3 million players a day these things are bound to happen. Other issue will occur with PSN and I'm sure Bungie gets the tail end of it. Hang in there and all will be well. It's still new and Bungie is doing a fine job keeping up with the millions.

  • Considering it only seems to be getting worse, that's not very convincing. It's even worse because I almost certainly would have reached Iron Banner rank 3 if it wasn't for the disconnects. I've been playing all week and only got 646 of a necessary 1200 rep. The level of grind is already pretty high but it increases ten-fold when the game doesn't work. I use the term "game" loosely because games are supposed to be fun and that definitely doesn't describe my experience with Destiny...

  • I still get frequent disconnects. All I can assume is packet loss due to wireless. I refused to go wired, so I just play it as is. Still pretty annoying.

  • Hi everyone... if bungie says that they we are heard.... i write the story of my destiny error experience... Until 25/9 i wan playng fine, no disconnections, no errors, no lag... nothing.... during the patch release (25/9) i was kicked off to orbit and after thata day i wan unable to play... i get constant disconnection with error CENTIPEDE everey 2-5 minutes of gameplay.... i cant play at all... its very frustrating.. my connection is ok, nat open, ports forwarde, other games work fine... so its a bungie problem... i hope they can fix it...

  • Since the latest update I cant log in without experiencing the Zebra error. I did manage to get in once but couldn't access anything without an error message. Im on Xbox One and my NAT is open. Havent been able to play for the last 4 days and am starting to lose hope. I love Destiny, its a really great game but its become unplayable and I dont want that to happen. Please try and fix it Bungie.

  • Been locked out with cattle error for 15 days. Yes I have tried all troubleshooting methods multiple times. No it's not my internet. I would jus like an explanation to Wuts going on bungie. I've played the game fine prior to this cattle lock out but havnt been on since the 22 of September.Plz help I feel like this will never be fixed. Console: xbox one / gamer tag:nero LXIV

  • Just got kicked off again trying to do this weeks vanguard mission for the 3rd frigging time. I mean seriously the game has been out nearly a month. What are you guys doing over there at Bungie anyway? In regards to the message on the screen right now.... No Bungie, my permission to access online multiplayer didn't change magically while I was playing the game.... YOUR SERVERS KICKED ME OFF!!!! Which to me is different than I merely lost connection to your servers, insinuating that it's my fault!

  • I cannot get into game at all. I have an xbox 360, and get the boar error everytime time the game starts and starts to download the updates. Or my xbox freezes. This was a new disk, bought from GameStop for like $60. Been trying for a week now. Have posted multiple times on the help forum, and still no advice that gets me anywhere. How do I get my money back?!

  • I'm having the same issue. Ever since they implemented the last update I get the 'Wasp' error when the game tries to install the update. I've pretty much tried everything to try to troubleshoot the problem including uninstalling the game and reinstalling, quitting the game multiple times, and playing with my network settings all with no luck. The game still crashes every time it tries to update and I haven't been able to play in a week. Bungie suggest on their website that the error could mean a faulty disc drive, however all of my other games play just fine so idk. Any suggestions would be really helpful!

  • Same here. Locked out with no apparent reason. Cattle error. Location: The Netherlands. Checked my connection, firewall & all that. Conn is fine. According to other forum users it's a UPC (isp) vs Bungie thing. What bugs me is the lack of official comments/news from Bungie, Sony and ISPs. Except for some obligatory and very standard replies in a forum that is. Hope to read some positive news (with estimated time to fix) from Bungie or Sony or ISPs about this soon.
